Requesting a Quote

Please attach (if possible) the material you wish to be translated through e-mail or our contact form.(If the material cannot be sent through e-mail, we also accept quote requests through FAX.)
Receiving the Quote

We will send an email with a quote.
During business hours, we will respond within 2 hours. During other hours, a response will be sent within the day of the request.　　　　　
Placing an Order

After reviewing the quote and delivery date, please reply to the email to submit an order.
Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent, once an order is placed, and our translators will begin the translation.
