Order Process

Is there anything I need to submit when requesting a quote?

If possible, please send the document you wish to get the quote for. This allows us to reach back with the most accurate quote.

Is it possible for individuals to place an order?

Absolutely. We accept requests from companies as well as individuals.

Can I place an order after trying out the free first-time translation offer?

Yes. Although there is a word restriction, the trial service is free so feel free placing an order using this service.

Can I contact to ask questions or discuss potential translation material?

We would be glad to hear from you. If you have any questions, suggestions or request, please contact us.

The amount of material we want to place an order for is very large. Is there anything I should keep in mind?

No there is not. We will propose a price and delivery date after going over the document. Clients can choose to receive the translated material in bulk or separately.

Can you revise work translated by a different company?

For materials that have already been translated, we will go through the same translation process using the original document. Because the process can take just as much or even longer than just translation, fees will be the same as translations. For English revisions, the process will go over grammatical errors so fees will be cheaper than translations.

Will there be a non-disclosure agreement?

Yes if necessary. A confidentiality agreement can be proposed by either one of our contracts.

Can I choose which staff member translates my document?

Our company does the best we can to match clients with the same staff member. If the staff member is not in a position to fulfil translation work within the deadline, a different staff member with a similar skill set will be chosen. If you would like to have the same staff member complete the order, even with a later delivery date, please let us know.

Do you translate PDF files?

Absolutely. We will send you a quote after looking over the material and the word count.

Can I request just a native check for my document?

Yes. Please send us the material you wish to have checked.

Translation Quality

What kind of after care service do you provide after the delivery of final
translation?

We will continue to make improvements after the delivery if customers have points they are not satisfied with, and will continue to do so until customers are fully satisfied with the final product.

What is the revision process like?

Please contact us for an explanation in detail of the revision process.

How do I make payments?

A translator will revise their own work first before it is handed to another staff member who will then revise the material for a second time.

Delivery Date and Payment

When will the final translation be delivered?

The delivery date differs depending on the material content and volume. If you desire a faster delivery, please consider our express or super express services which are much faster.

Is separate delivery possible?

Yes it is. Please contact us for the details.

What payment methods are there?

For businesses, please complete the bank transfer payment on the 15th of the next month. For individual clients, fees over 10,000 yen require a 50% upfront payment and after the payment has been confirmed the translation work will begin. Please transfer the rest of the payment with in one week of receiving the final translation material. If the total payment is under 10,000 yen no upfront payment is necessary. Please transfer the full payment with in one week after receiving the translated material.

Is it possible to use public and research expenditures?

Yes it is. We accept many different types of payments. Please contact for further details.
